Gift Certificates are a great way to share the pics.

My constant contact newsletter provider has some capability but I am interested in other options as well.

A certificate to our company’s services which would be usable at the company level.

A certificate for something like a local restaurant which the individual could use.

While we are all dedicated employees and want to save our employer money where we can, do you think people might be more likely to recommend their friends/business associates if they (the recommender) received something rather than just having their employer get a break on their next software or service purchase?

My tailored shirt business tracks all referrals. I give the customer a discount code after their first purchase, but they can give the code out to friends if they want.

Every five times the code is used I send the customer a free shirt.

Thank you for your lesson. The offer code makes a lot of sense. I like the volume-based giveaway.

It made me think of an idea utilizing branded items as a referral source. On a jacket or shirt add the company url with a tracking code at the end.

The customer gets a discount each time someone uses the code and the referring customer is encouraged to wear the branded gear.

Just a thought.
