Good content.

Personalizing the email using the recipient’s name is not as effective as it seems. Personalization of the content of the mail based on the interest of the customer will be more effective. Similarly number of characters in subject also determine the open rate and click through rate. Subject lines 70 characters and up is beneficial to engage readers in clicking through to the content, and subject lines 49 characters and less works well with open rate.
