I think when it comes to email and reaching people on a more personal level than an ad or in marketing materials it is important to be clear and authentic. The more honest and genuine your email comes across the more people you will engage. Louis CK’s emails are a perfect example of this.

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to email marketing, especially since businesses cater to different niche markets.

They stay in place because people keep repeating them. I think it is important to try the recommended strategies. After all, they must have worked for someone or they would not have been shared so readily.

If I am trying to make more people aware of datasafemag, a strategy that works for a company that specializes in baby food may not produce the same results for me.

They are right about the preheader text. When I open an email from someone I don’t know, I usually do so because this section is well written.
